Frequently Asked Questions

You are responsible for set up and tear down of any personal items or decor you bring into Woolery Mill (if not handled by other hired vendors). WM takes care of set up, management and tear down of all items provided with the rental, including tables, chairs, linens and catering equipment.

An Event Producer will be onsite to make sure the details you and your Sales Coordinator finalized are executed accordingly in relation to venue and facility needs along with assisting our in-house catering team as needed. If applicable, the Event Producer will act as the point person for your vendor team.

All hourly rentals include a bonus hour on the front end of the rental for you to set up. Please make sure the rental time reserved includes plenty of time for both your set up and any set up your vendor team needs. This includes delivery times for outside rentals and pick up times. Outside rental items can not stay overnight unless approved by your Sales Coordinator.

One World Catering is the in-house caterer for the space and offers both food and beverage options, including bar service. Woolery Mill can provide you with a list of vendors we work with frequently and recommend. You are also welcome to bring in your own vendors.

Our shortest rental time is 4 hours. If you do not need the full four hours for your event, you can use that extra time to set up your decor and prepare for your guests!

We can accommodate most special dietary needs. While our menu does not list dietary codes - it would be a mess if it did! - we are highly experienced in finding ways to include everyone on your guest list. All proposals include dietary codes and a guide to help you determine what each one means. Need halal or kosher options? Please be sure to ask your Sales Coordinator what we can do for you.

The following are the most basic examples. The consumption bar and cash bar can be full or only beer + wine. We can also do a combination of these.

Yes! We can provide non-alcoholic options for beer, wine + spirits. We even have a full list of mocktails that we have tested ourselves. Some do include zero-proof spirits, but we are happy to make them without if that is your preference.

Yes! Table wine can be added a la carte to any meal service at your preferred tier - house, specialty or premium. We recommend closing the bar during this time or hiring an additional bartender to help with this service.

We have this covered. One World Catering holds a 3 way alcohol permit that allows us to serve beer, wine and spirits both at Woolery Mill and offsite. Additional coverage is not required and all bartenders have a valid Indiana serving permit.

With the exception of our exclusive in-house vendor for catering and bartending, One World Catering, we have an open vendor policy. Booked clients will have access to our Recommended Vendor List for vendors who have experience working at the Woolery Mill.

A Woolery Mill Event Producer will be your point of contact for any of your venue and catering related needs on your wedding day. The Event Producer is there to make sure that all venue details that happen behind the scenes are getting taken care of as well as assisting our in-house catering team as needed.
